All Around Town Honors Our 2025 Veteran of the Year

At All Around Town, giving back to those who have given so much is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. Every year, our team collects nominations from the community to recognize a local veteran who has dedicated their life to serving our country. It’s our small but heartfelt way of saying thank you to the men and women who served without hesitation and without expectation.

This year, we are especially proud to recognize Dick Mills of Dubuque, Iowa, as our 2025 Veteran of the Year.

Dick’s story, his service, and the impact he’s had on those around him is truly inspiring. He represents the strength, humility, and selflessness that define our nation’s heroes. We are honored to celebrate him in a way that brings joy to his home and family this holiday season.

As part of this annual tradition, Dick will receive a complete holiday lighting package—professionally designed, installed, and taken down after the holidays—at no cost to him. It’s a gift of light, warmth, and gratitude, and while it’s a small gesture compared to his years of service, it’s one we give with sincere appreciation.
